OKI Printing Solutions monochrome page printers utilise a toner recycling system that benefits the user in a number of ways
- Toner is fully used irrespective of what's printed
- The printer is more environmentally friendly as there is no waste toner
- The printer requires less user intervention
Unlike other manufacturers' systems, with OKI Printing Solutions, there is no waste toner botle to be regularly emptied, the waste toner from the imaging process is recycled back into the toner reservoir to be re-used
Toner is moved around within the electrphotographic process by use of electrostatic charge technology. OKI Printing Solutions simply utilises this process further to remove unused toner from the drum surface for return to the toner well in the image drum cartridge.
