Why would a Graphics Art House buy a C9500 GA Printer?

The key benefit of the C9500 GA printer over inkjet is: * speed * reliability of output * stability of colour over a period of time (inkjet is prone to fading)
In addition, media costs are significantly reduced as specialist inkjet media is not required. Users will therefore be encouraged to use the output more often. There is also significant benefit to adding extra printer trays (or the HCF) as a number of media types would be expected to be used. Each tray for the C9500 GA can handle oversized A3 (important for page layout) and up to 203 gsm.
Great care must be taken to state that the C9500 GA printer is not designed for contract proofing.

C9500 GA printer has been created for compositional/positional proofing. The target market contains customers who require an accurate guide to the final print quality while they are designing the artwork, rather than users who need a final proof which the customer will sign off. Therefore, the emphasis is not on the highest level of quality. The current level of print quality which is employed by the existing C9500 printer is acceptable for C9500 GA printer.
