Custom paper size settings are not retained when I print from MS Word using Epson emulation

Introduction - There are some known issues with early versions of the Epson emulation driver for Windows XP that if a user sets up a custom paper size in the driver and also MS Word then these settings may not be correctly transferred to the printer.
Resolution - To resolve this issue please use driver version 3.1 or later. The latest driver is available from the Oki Printing Solutions website: http://www.okiprintingsolutions.com
